Sebastian founded Organic Lighting in 2020 to make artificial light more natural.

Kristel is the Executive Director within Organic Lighting. For her, Organic Lighting contributes to a personal mission; showing people what we can create for ourselves and others when we start from what is possible.

Professionally, Kristel is a pioneer, a builder, an organizer and a networker who has over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing and integrating sustainable policies within different investment and business strategies.

Manon is part of Organic Lighting's marketing team and is mainly concerned with creating creative content, such as writing blogs and creating social media messages. After completing the bachelor's degree in International Business Communication, a side job towards marketing was a logical next step. With her interest in sustainability, she found a perfect match in Organic Lighting. Her eagerness to learn and both analytical and creative way of thinking come together well in, for example, coming up with striking and convincing campaigns.

Dennis is also part of the marketing team of Organic Lighting, his focus is mainly on the data analysis part. Because of his current master's, Marketing Analytics and Data Science, it is for him possible to translate theory directly into practice. In this way he develops his hard skills at Organic Lighting while at the same time practicing his passion: marketing analytics. With interests such as sustainable entrepreneurship, cutting-edge technologies and communication, Dennis sits as a cast member of Organic Lighting.

Within Organic Lighting, Marinthe is responsible for the financial administration, including keeping the accounts, booking the invoices, drawing up the cost structure and running the financial analyses. During her bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she has already gained some experience in this field.
