Sustainable shipping
By packaging our products in recycled cardboard and applying recyclable stickers, we reduce unnecessary felling of trees. For the same reason, we do not send a paper manual. In addition, our boxes are made to measure to prevent the transport of empty space. For example, more parcels fit in a van, fewer vans are needed and therefore less CO2 is emitted to pick up and deliver orders. It can be that easy.
The film around the acrylic tube was already wrapped around it when we received it. By leaving it in place, we protect the tube and prevent the unnecessary use of plastic.
When will I receive my order?
We ship products twice a week, so the delivery time for products in stock is a maximum of four working days. Because we aim for a small stock, your product may still need to be assembled. This can usually be done within one day and will therefore in most cases not affect the delivery time.
If you are in a hurry with the delivery of your new lamp, please contact us. We will see what we can do together. For larger orders the delivery time may be delayed because we are dependent on our suppliers. We will contact you as soon as possible.
